Elgin Nursery only employs carers who have the essential childcare qualifications, a ‘fifty-fifty’ policy is in place to ensure that all members of staff are supervised by a qualified team member. As a requirement, all staff have DBS checks and have two references from their previous employers. The nursery records qualifications and courses attended by staff members.
